Nowadays, this city has opened an International Airport, where arrives many foreign tourists. In this way, it had the advantage of increasing its economical incomes; overall with regard accommodation and transportation. However, Latacunga faced a big problem of communication because of different languages that are used by foreigners and people from Latacunga. Thus, this research focused on a training program that consisted on providing a course of Basic English to develop communicative English skills on taxi drivers to get an interaction among them and foreigners.... |
