In the present investigation it was evidenced that the lack of teacher training limited the learning of students with SEN, who were unaware of techniques and strategies to reach students with disabilities, with the development and application of the research project it was possible to train in basic sign language to the teaching staff of the school, benefiting students with special educational needs associated with a hearing disability. The results obtained improved the teaching and learning process using innovative dynamics, recreational activities in which all boys and girls were integrated. |

The results obtained improved the teaching and learning process using innovative dynamics, recreational activities in which all boys and girls were integrated.El presente trabajo investigativo nos permite ayudar a los niños y niñas con discapacidad auditiva a través de una guía de actividades lúdicas que les permitan desarrollar habilidades y destrezas, el objetivo de la investigación es fortalecer el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los estudiantes con discapacidad auditiva en la escuela Lic. Jaime Andrade Fabara incluyéndoles con todos los educandos y no solo con los estudiantes con Necesidades Educativas Especiales (NEE) de la comunidad escolar en la escuela. La metodología utilizada en la investigación es un enfoque descriptivo y cualitativo sustentado con la investigación bibliográfica, a través de la cual se han abstraído los fundamentos teóricos y conceptuales referentes a las Necesidades Educativas Especiales (NEE) de los educandos con discapacidad, específicamente con discapacidad auditiva en la escuela; la investigación fue de campo en la cual se empleó técnicas e instrumentos de investigación como son: entrevista a la señora directora y encuestas a los docentes, fichas de observación a los estudiantes de la escuela general básica “Lic. Jaime Andrade Fabara”. En la presente investigación se evidenció que la falta de capacitación docente limitaba el aprendizaje de los estudiantes con N.E.E, los cuáles desconocían de técnicas y estrategias para llegar a los estudiantes con discapacidad, con el desarrollo y la aplicación del proyecto de investigación se pudo capacitar en lenguaje de señas básico al personal docente de la escuela beneficiando a los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales asociadas a una discapacidad auditiva.
