Resumo:The research project proposes the implementation of a web system for the payment of harvest personnel at the “Ana Lucia” banana farm. Currently, the payment process is carried out by hand and is recorded in Excel sheets, which makes it difficult to control and adequate monitoring of personnel. Likewise, the objective of the project was to develop software that automates and streamlines this process, providing an efficient and secure solution. The software also used information and communication technologies (ICT) to optimize time and resources. Furthermore, the direct beneficiaries of the project were the harvest personnel, who directly experienced the results of the project. By focusing on their needs, it can be ensured that the project had a significant and positive impact on their lives, while the indirect beneficiaries include the company manager, therefore, do not directly experience the results, their importance lies in their ability to influence the success, sustainability, and scope of the project. Likewise, the implementation of this web system contributed to optimizing salary management, reducing administrative costs, and promoting a more solid and transparent labor relationship with workers. The project also addressed topics such as the client-server structure, distributed architectures, the controller view model, and programming tools in the client-side web environment, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, were also used in this project. , MySQL databases, PHP server-side tools, such as Apache implementation server, the development methodologies used Scrum, and the CodeIgniter framework, the types of research used (quantitative, bibliographic, and field), and the research methods (Inductive Method – Deductive, Deductive) and the research techniques (Interview, Survey) each of the tools contributed to the successful completion of this project.
