It was approached with the evaluation of the labor performance through the use of surveys, later the identification of the most important psychosocial risk factors was carried out, with the matrix of the INSHT; The evaluation by posts and areas of work was then carried out using the COOPQ-ISTAS 21 methodology, and the prevalence of exposure to all psychosocial risk factors detected as unfavorable to health was determined. A prevention plan design as the result of this work determined the preventive measures of the established aspects as high risk in terms of: work rhythm, role conflict, influence on work and insecurity on employment using formats and structure recommended by Ecuadorian legislation and international standards. |
