| Тойм: | The present titling project allows to capture the researching carried out in the designing and the implementation of an automatic motor coil drier with an internal drying chamber, sized 1000 mm, width 700 mm and depth 750 mm, is built with the purpose of drying the coil varnish, for the Tauros workshop, for which different materials were used such as steel sheets of 1.4 mm, steel angles of 1 ½ by 1/8, glass wool, etc. This gives a suitable chamber for the drying of the varnish at different temperatures, considering a slight temperature changing of a 10%. As an innovative element is used the Logo 8 and a text display Logo TDE by means of which it allows the visualization and selection of the temperature according to the drying process to be performed, besides knowing the temperature that is inside the dryer, the Which provides the facility to select the required temperatures in a range allowed by the dryer from 0 ° C to 200 ° C. The tubular electrical resistors or niquelines are responsible for providing and maintaining the heat needed to heat the dryer with a power supply 220V, a required power of 60kW, and a necessary current of 27 A. The work that is presented is the bibliographical guide for further research that is carried out in the future concerning the subject to improve or modernize the operation of this type of drying. |
