Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | This research project aims to study the times and movements of the production lines of racks and arms of illuminator company Cp electric, dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of light pole hardware, internally the company does not have any system or data that allows to contract, measure and standardize its processes, due to the lack of documentation have generated various problems, Cp electric therefore wants to know what is its current production and its times used within the two lines since the amount of resources used for production is unknown. Therefore, the project aims to correct the current problem through a time and movement study carried out with sampling, information collection and data analysis, which was carried out within the facilities by generating the route diagrams, line balance, synoptic diagrams, analytical diagram, to later analyze and tabulate the information where the current state is known, finding the dead times, bottlenecks, unnecessary movements, improper uses of machinery and operator. Through the execution of the present project it was possible to establish the standard times, within each of the subprocesses belonging to the two lines this allows generating matrices, which were used in the elaboration of the balancing of lines, the distribution of stations, production times and layout resulting in an inefficient distribution in terms of the work areas of the plant, which is why a proposal was developed focused on redistributing the travel distances of the raw material and operators, decreasing the total production time, generating an increase in the units produced to benefit the company. |
