Eficacia de la gestión administrativa del sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional en la empresa pasteurizadora “El Ranchito” Cia. Ltda. 2015 – 2016. elaboración de un plan de acciones correctivas y preventivas.

This research work has the objective of carrying out the study on the effectiveness of the Administrative Management of the Occupational Health and Safety System (SHMS) in the pasteurizing company "El Ranchito" Co. Ltd. 2015 - 2016; based on the results obtained and the establishment of the study relevance presented in this report, the evaluation of the Administrative Management of the (SHMS) take place so, at that point implement the organization, responsibilities and resources for the phases of planning, monitoring and continuous improvement through the Corrective and Preventive Action Plan (PDCA), this will allow adding value to business activities, minimizing accidents at work and promoting a culture of safety in the company. The study support was done using the audit that was done through the identification (documentary), verification (field); and the presentation of documentary evidence of compliance, inspection to several workers in the administrative and operational areas of the pasteurizing company "El Ranchito" Co. Ltd. To solve the study, the compliance matrix of the Risk Management System got from the IESS related to the documentary base and the efficiency indexes of the implantation percentage of the system. This research evaluates quantitative parameters such as planning, organization, control of administrative activities, the participation of senior managers and commitment and integration of the company with the Risk Management System. As a result of this research, it is determined that the percentage of compliance with the Administrative Management index in the company is 8.42%; so, the researcher proposes to get 28% with the development of an adequate Administrative Management system, equivalent to the optimal percentage of this management.
