The main purpose for this researching job is to determine each activity within the production process and to distribute in better way all the necessary resources to execute all the tasks in order to have a clear idea about what is the real cost for the cheese. The project has scoped methods; inductive which allowed to collect several kinds of theoretical information that was used as fundamental base to develop the topic, the deductive method which consisted of verifying the current company situation and know each of activities that take place within the cheese production. |
