Özet:Currently all companies, especially the footwear industry, have to demonstrate competitiveness, where the customer has become demanding in relation to quality. Raw material companies have the obligation to carry out change processes so they must consider costs, trends, strategies, services, logistics and most importantly the distribution channels, which over time have become problems that arise from the turn of business. These are that have remained alive in the face of competition from large companies, this is because they are part of medium-sized groups that help them stay afloat, all based on customer service and their good distribution of raw materials. n at all stages of production is of the utmost importance. This is very important for innovation at all stages of production. It is due to these factors that the purpose of this project is to design a distribution center of raw materials for the manufacture of footwear, this in the Province of Tungurahua, San Bartolomé de Pinllo Parish, based on the Cross-docking methodology, a primary objective that It was achieved thanks to a methodology guided by bibliographic research, process design and simulation of the same, verifying that this model allows to be more efficient satisfying the demand of selling points.
