| Summary: | The definitive closure of the Military Schools and schools of the Ecuadorian Air Force (FAE) throughout the country undoubtedly revealed a crisis in the institutional organization structure. It caused effects on school management as disarticulation on the organization of each one of the management components. Also, the lack of economic resources to pay for services, infrastructure maintenance and payment of workers. On the other hand the old instruments of strategic planning have lost validity and operability. With these circumstances, the main objective of the present research is to propose a model of institutional organization with a strategic perspective that guides the management of UE FAE No. 5 school from Latacunga province. It would insert the institution in the normative, curricular and administrative guidelines of the public institutions of the Ecuadorian educational system. The general methods used in this research were the deductive, analytical, synthetic methods. While the particular methods applied were the comparative historical, bibliographic and itinerary. An interview was applied to the institution managers for data collection. And a survey was applied for collecting information from teachers. Finally, the expected impact of the research work is the change of the organizational culture in the institution, that is, moving from the vertical dogmatic paradigm to the horizontal participative paradigm. |
