ট্যাগ যুক্ত করুন | সংক্ষিপ্ত: | The increase of the population determines the appearance of vital needs such as the mobilization of people to their centers of study, work, entertainment, and other activities; this kind of mobilization is performed in the automotive which functioning little by little is causing damage to the nature, about this aspect is developed the present investigation for the determination of the opacity produced by mobile sources in Eloy Alfaro town, Latacunga canton, in a quantitative manner. First was identified the area of study doing a visit to know the most traffic place to perform the respective monitoring. Noting as well that the greatest traffic flow is in the El Mayorista sector of the same place. 122 vehicles was monitored, then knowing the opacity emissions through the procedure of measurement using free acceleration method as indicated by the NTE INEN 2202: 2000 standard. The obtained results are tabulated and compared with the NTE INEN 2207:2000 standards (60% vehicles until to the year 1999 and 50% vehicles from 2000 onwards), performing a classification according to the years of manufacture, obtaining that the 1985 to 1999, 21 of them do not fulfill and 1 vehicles fulfill according to the parameters established; from 2000 to 2017, 60 of them do not fulfill and 40 vehicles have the standards. Was observed that vehicles with proper maintenance have lower levels of opacity to 79 vehicles that have not been given maintenance according to manufacturer's specification, the maintenance of the automotive has an impact on the use of internal parts of the engine and the fuel pump. Proposing for mitigation and control for the maintenance and checking of vehicles in the vehicle review periods, in order to contribute to the reduction of environmental pollution risks. |
