| Izvleček: | The present research has the purpose to do a pedagogical models’ diagnosis that are used at Basic General Education, Pujilí Canton; specifically, in Delia Ibarra de Velasco Educational Unit and its incidence in the educational process in girls and boys of the aforementioned institution. The problem focuses in the little information and application that teachers have about pedagogical models to be applied correctly in the educational processes of students, which has prevented a comprehensive and effective development. On the other hand, this research study did a relevant literary and bibliographic review on definitions, characteristics and importance of each of the pedagogical models applied by General Education teachers. Qualitative approach and research methods were used in order to collect data. The inductive method helped to detail the characteristics and processes the pedagogical models in clear and precise way. In addition, the interview technique application, the observation guide with its respective instrument, and interview guide that allowed the collection of information and data. This action helped to establish final conclusions and recommendations. Finally, it has a great social impact, since it provides timely and necessary information about the appropriate pedagogical models for Delia Ibarra de Velasco Educational Unit, to the educational authorities and especially to the teachers so that they plan, organize their classes in a better way and above all achieve in the through an integral and harmonious development. |
