| Samenvatting: | The following investigation was made at the company CANANVALLEY FLOWERS S. A. During the period between 2015-2016 with the postharvest’s employees participation, delivering all the truthfull and righteous information contributing to the development of this work field investigation, starting with surveys, from there with the obtained results, thence the main purpose of this findings had the objective to elaborate a manual for job stress prevention, in order to develop this manual an assesment was necessary to identify daily activities, as well as the health and safety risks postharvest’s employees are exposed during their working day. I started developing with an analysis of significance of risk factors using the qualitative matrix of Spain INSHT (Probability and Consequence) recomended by the Ministry of Labour , then the assesment of psychosocial risk factors was conducted applying the questionaire ISTAS 21. The manual will allow us prevent phsycosomatic diseases. Product of this work determined control measures stablished aspects as high risk in terms of: time control available, cognitive psychological demands, insecurity about the future, possibility of social relantionship. |
