Tóm tắt: | The way to classify kidney tomato by size is manually and takes excessive time, which represents economic losses for the producer in such a way that the objective of this technological proposal is to implement a kidney tomato classification machine in large sizes. , medium and small, to reduce the time in the postharvest stage in the greenhouse of Mrs. Juana Chiluiza located in the province of Tungurahua, Pillaro canton, San Andrés parish in the Community of Huapante Grande. Applying the field methodology in which it allowed me to size the diameter of the cages for five sizes such as 85 mm, 75 mm, 65mm, 55 mm and 45 mm respectively. The load applied in this automatic system was selected the one HP gear motor, which allows me to manipulate the conveyor belt and the movement of the cages, in addition to the automation process the V8 logo was used according to the number of inputs and outputs that this prototype needs it, for the mechanical system it was designed in the SolidWorks software and concluding that when applying this system there is a reduction time of three hours when classifying the one hundred and eighty boxes, the same ones that were classified in six hours. |
