总结:Because the evaluation of the performance of human talent is a fundamental aspect for the proper development of the organizations it was considered fundamental to carry out an evaluation of the performance of human talent and its impact on the provision of services in the micro-enterprise commercial sector of the canton La Maná Through a diagnosis of the current situation and indicators to propose an alternative solution that arose in the face of the problem of the low level of use of technical instruments to measure staff performance, which has a significant impact on the quality of service granted to its customers. For this purpose we used the types of research: exploratory, descriptive, bibliographical and research methods: deductive, analytical and the technique of surveys directed at owners and employees of the commercial microenterprise sector through which it was known that managers Apply manual registers for the monitoring of human talent, where the most evaluated indicator is the completion of the work and omit the evaluation of other aspects such as skills and attitudes; In addition it was evidenced that the level of customer satisfaction was low because it was detected nonconformity in the agility for the attention, waiting time and low level of technical knowledge of the products. The method of evaluation of graphic scales was selected because of its ease of application and interpretation of the results, where the aspects to be evaluated were: Skills, knowledge, skills attitudes in the administrative, financial, sales and support and support areas that Will be of great relevance with an impact level of 2.95 according to the weighting matrix. The main beneficiaries will be the owners, employees and customers of micro-enterprises in the service sector of the La Maná canton.
