| Тойм: | The objective of this project is to implement a VoIP PBX using the Issabel tool in the company "JakFiber". This private company is dedicated to provide internet service, and is located in the province of Pichincha, in the canton of Mejia, in the city of Machachi. The focus of this research is to customize the design of a telecommunications platform using VoIP technologies, such as Issabel and Asterisk, which are free software. These technologies offer benefits such as cost reduction and the possibility of implementing Call Center and VoIP functions, thus satisfying the communication needs with users. As a solution for the company "JakFIber", it seeks to improve internal communication between the different departments of the company and reduce expenses related to telephone bills due to the inappropriate use of personal numbers of employees, which leads to the loss of valuable company information. Finally, a budget for the implementation is specified in order to provide a higher quality service. |
