The standards of teaching performance is a discussion topic in the educational area, which until today has not been able to change the education modality, so that educators do not have the time necessary to attend the courses offered by the Ministry of Education, in terms of teachers´ updating and evaluation, by the deductive, inductive, analytical methods the study is supported in addition to particular methods such as descriptive method and scientific research techniques like the interview with 10 questions which were applied to the directors, teachers and students of the “Ana Páez" Elementary School from Latacunga Cantón reason why the obtained answers by the professionals mentioned above, gave to understand the necessity to be in continuous trainings as long as they are according to their specialty that must be significant so that they can put them into practice in their professional area. |

Los estándares de desempeño docente es un tema de discusión en el campo educativo, que hasta la actualidad no se ha logrado cambiar la modalidad de educación, por la razón que los educadores no dedican el tiempo necesario para asistir a los cursos que ofrece el ministerio de educación, en cuanto a la actualización y evaluación del docente, el estudio se sustenta través de la utilización de métodos de investigación deductivo, inductivo, analítico además los métodos particulares como el método descriptivo y las técnicas de investigación científico: la entrevista que contenía 10 preguntas las mismas que fueron aplicadas a los directivos y la encuesta a docentes y estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa “Ana Páez” del cantón Latacunga por lo que las respuestas obtenidas por parte de los profesionales mencionados anteriormente, nos dio a entender que es necesario estar en continuas capacitaciones siempre y cuando sean acorde a su especialidad, las mismas que deben ser significativas para que así puedan ponerlas en práctica en su labor profesional.LATACUNGA / UTC / 2017Viera Zambrano, Ángel Manuel Rodrigo2017-10-31T17:12:48Z2017-10-31T17:12:48Z2017-03info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesis79 p.Aimara Guambo, Daniela Judit.
