Etiketle | Özet: | The present investigation is developed in the “Cooperativa de Ahorro y CréditoIndígena SAC LatacungaLtda”, In order to carry out an economic analysis in respect of credit risk also seeks to guide to the Cooperative to undertake managements to help control weaknesses of the credit policies, which leading to increased of the indices of arrears and thus distorting the credit culture of the users.The methodology used in the development of the investigation, helped get information of the Cooperative, with the finality of applying adequate procedures that allows to perform a financial analysis with the purpose of taking wise decisions and thus decrease the credit risk into of the institution.The Cooperative present an arrears of high credit portfolio, this is presented by the personnel does not used adequately the manuals and procedures on having delivering a credit, by what find this situation is recommended to the institution improve the administrative of credit risk through norms as: the credit evaluation risk, consider the effect of operations by granting credit, give follow to the credit risk as well as establish mechanisms that allow verify the credit destination and to avoid the arrears in a future. |
