Тойм:The present project shows the design of a balanced scorecard which consists of optimizing the analysis and visualization of data for better decision making in the melting area of the company CEDAL S.A, to do this, first the current situation of the company had to be determined, referring to its existing process and sub processes, thus achieving a differentiation of the production indicators with which the process is controlled. Based on these indicators, a SWOT analysis is proposed to know the advantages and disadvantages of both internal and external data process management, being this the way to create operational and strategic objectives that will be the goal to improve by means of an action plan, which is determined by a cause-effect diagram. The balanced scorecard has a database designed in Excel where all the data that influence the process is collected, which are extracted through dynamic tables to be analyzed individually as required by each process indicator, once processed and calculated the data goes to a Dashboard designed in Power BI in which you can interact dynamically with the graphics, thanks to the Power BI functions, an application can be designed for cell phones, thus providing an added bonus, because by this means it is possible to observe how the state of the process is going wherever the supervisor or manager is, thus transforming the balanced scorecard into a potential tool when making decisions that can improve the process performance .
