要約:The research was aimed at solving the following problem: How to improve classroom management at the initial level in the "Escuela Básica Francisco Huerta Rendón"? In order to respond to the problem, the general objective was set: Develop interactive strategies aimed at boosting classroom management. From the methodological point of view, the research assumed a mixed approach and the type of research is the integrative level of the confirmatory type. The inductive-deductive method was used and the survey and observation sheet were used for data collection. Descriptive statistics were used for the tabulation, ordering and interpretation of the data obtained, working with a sample of 13 educational actors and reaching the following conclusions: The interactive strategies and classroom management were epistemologically based, which served to determine the main categories and conceptions that support the research. The learning of the students of the initial level in the Francisco Huerta Rendón Basic School and the implementation of strategies by the teachers were diagnosed, revealing a situation of insufficiencies and deficiencies that allowed justifying the proposal. The interactive strategies were designed, which were validated and their feasibility and viability for solving the problem were verified and the results obtained with their application demonstrate their effectiveness in educational practice, since it has been possible to improve classroom management, student learning. in the different subjects and the interaction between the students.
