| Zusammenfassung: | A new operating principle is designed for pump vortex which modifies basic characteristics of the turbo machine, using different technological tools for the project development, focus that the problem in this type of peripheral pumps is hydraulic and volumetric performance, where a hypothesis is generated which describes the generation of a semi-open impeller based on system and pump characteristics, reason to decrease the recirculation and current cavitation produced by vortex pumps, centrifuge force is used to generate a new system in the pump. To determine appropriate dimensions for the impeller, different mathematical equations and computational processes were used to define the structure and the proper analysis for the operation, for data validation a question bank was executed at Technical University of Cotopaxi at Campus Salache on the project “ Intelligent Greenhouse with Autonomous Energy for Experimental Crops Research ”, for system measurement of the variables with the objective to guarantee the performance produced in the pump in relation to nominal data. Maximum flow values of 45.15 [l / min] are obtained, and a hydraulic efficiency of 0.96%, by means of the simulation it is verified how the recirculation currents produced by the operating principle of the vortex pump are decreased, and generating a new characteristic curve of the pump for the values obtained in the experimentation. |
