Samenvatting:The research work is a two projects sequence made at the Cotopaxi Technical University in the 2021 – 2022 years, which it is proposed, through bibliographic review to identify possible astronomical and meteorological factors, what influence the plants phenology. It was taken into account the bibliographic analysis of aforementioned projects to continue with the following research. The work has as aim to propose a relationship new hypothesis between melatonin and carotenoid variables in four plant species faced the Moon influence and its light spectrum, using the Raman spectroscopy technique. Further, of generating a methodological proposal for the behavior study of aforementioned variables. The process is supported with bibliographic documents, through the collection, scientific articles identification and interpretation, reviews and books, from multidisciplinary databases, in two main languages, English and Spanish. The research was made at the Cotopaxi Technical University, with the advice and future support from Yachay Tech University. Into conclusion, it was identified, what it was used the genes behavior in the plants for the factor Moon study and its light spectrum; the analysis of gene; however, the funding for this study type is high. Therefore, this research, it is proposed the melatonin and carotenoids measurement, because their light sensitivity, replacing the genes study, and making spectroscopy technique use with the Raman mechanism. This methodology is proposed, since it has been adjusted to its own conditions and identifying the available instruments.
