| Samenvatting: | The body movement to improve the quality of life and health are important elements within the educational context, therefore, throughout history; it has presented several difficulties in the teaching-learning process, which have been linked to the social, economic, cultural, psychological and physical. For this reason, currently the educational field has presented a variety of problematic situations related to body movement and quality of life. For which, the objective of this research is to promote the practice of body movements through innovative activities, to improve the quality of life and students’ health. The applied methodology is based on the quantitative approach, which allows collecting, analyzing and interpreting the information from the quantitative data. In addition, the deductive method was used, because it starts from a general problem to reach to the specific conclusions. It should be noted that different types of research participated, such as field research, as well as bibliographic and documentary. In such a way that the interview technique directed to the teacher and the survey directed to the students were applied, each one with its respective instrument such as the question guide and the questionnaire, which allowed obtaining information around the study variables. The results achieved reflect that carrying out innovative activities, as well as exercises, dances, dramatizations and games allow the development and enhancement of different skills for the motor area of the students, which are responsible for coordination, movement, muscles development, among others abilities that are essential in human beings, the good practice and development of this area will allow a better development of the person in their natural and social environment. Therefore, the research contributes to improve by developing a guide of innovative activities, which contains objective, instructions, development and the benefits of each activity to put them into practice, which helps body movement to improve the quality of life and students’ health. |
