Achoimre: | Currently, it is essential to apply Process Management for different companies or institutions, since it is an effective means for any organization to direct its objectives under quality standards and continuous improvement [6], which is a very valuable contribution of the Industrial Engineering career, both for the company in which it is applied and for the client, taking into account that this form of organization has as an elementary principle the client's vision of the activities of the organization and in a legal consortium it allows to provide a service of quality to its customers. In a legal consortium it is important to mention that there are several activities that are carried out on a daily basis, which depending on what is required by the client have different execution times; and if the tasks are not properly defined, nor distributed among the organization's collaborators, significant delays occur in obtaining the results required by the client, these aforementioned delays are corrected by putting Process Management into practice, as is achieved identify the processes and thus be able to classify them according to their importance and the objectives of the legal firm. With the identification of the processes, a process map can be developed, which, when properly constructed, not only contains the summary of the processes carried out by the personnel working in the consortium, but also allows 6 users are duly informed and have direct access to the responsible person within the organization, to be able to carry out the procedures they require, since the lack of addressing causes loss of valuable time for users and even loss of clients for the consortium. The expected impact is positive and beneficial for both the consortium and the users in question, both in the structured definition of processes and in time management for their execution, also due to the design of a specific Process Management system for the consortium, the realization and implementation costs will be relatively low compared to systems that are available on the market, which require an investment of annual operating licenses. For all the aforementioned, the development of the project is feasible due to the multiple advantages that process management provides to a permanent work environment, as in the case of a legal consortium, providing a vision through which the workflow can be improved, making it more efficient according to the needs of the clients and the human resources available. |
