Caracterización morfológica de hongos fitopatógenos en el cultivo de fréjol (Phaseolus vulgaris) en el sector Panyatug, cantón Pangua, Cotopaxi 2015

This research "MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF PHYTOPATHOGENIC FUNGI INTO BEAN CROPS (PHASEOLUS VULGARIS) AT PANYATUG SECTOR, PANGUA CANTON IN COTOPAXI PROVINCE 2015" was held at Panyatug Sector, Pangua Canton, Cotopaxi Province located N 1 ° 12'0 "S 79 ° 6'0" to 1800 m with a T ° of 18 ° C and 12% RH in order to characterize morphologically the phytopathogenic OF fungus greatest impact on bean crop (Phaseolus vulgaris) by identifying the signs and symptoms in the field. To characterize the macro and microstructures and describe the life cycles on laboratory conditions and develop a teaching guide of the fungus on the study. For the development of this research, the researcher visited the place where samples of infected leaves and pods are made with similar characteristics; later, it was labeled and transported to the laboratory. At the laboratory to its reproduction the following is performed: agar is prepared in a period of 3 hours, was taken 3mm diseased tissue and it was disinfected with a solution of 2.1 Clorox; then, it was inoculated into the culture and it was sealed with paper parafilm....
