Accurately, as specific purposes, those referred for elaborating the theoretical foundation, which the mediation forms of the radio are diagnosed the participation forms that radio uses for rural sectors, currently. To design a form of mediation for intervention in the life cycle of social conflicts in the community as a mechanism of local development in the rural sectors of Canton Salcedo. The methodological strategy used, it was based on the bibliographic review, the interview and the hermeneutical analysis, which allowed to reach the knowledge about the narrative communication model that used by radio today, currently. The life cycle of social conflicts, the participation from rural communities social actors and their of communicative mediation perception. This was designed as a communication strategy proposal, which inspired by the transformative communication model. It can contribute to a social change, where the San Miguel radio, a communication medium that despite being of private category, its operational mission is focused on radio mechanisms, which contribute to the local rural development from Canton. |
