Lisää tagi | Yhteenveto: | Although labor risks have existed since the appearance of the first trade, it was during the second industrial revolution that they became more evident, since between 1870 and 1914, industry underwent several changes in a very accelerated manner, from the use of new materials such as steel, to the application of new production models such as Fordism, thus becoming an incessant line of production, in which the least important element was the worker, due to the abundant labor force of the time. As time went by, exponents such as Karl Marx and Frederic Engels became interested in workers' rights, promoting unionization, which was decisive in improving working conditions and reforming working hours. Currently, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), besides being considered an important science in the labor field, is a requirement for the accreditation of companies, therefore, in this paper, in addition to generating a brief exploration of the history of barios aspects that encompasses the OSH, it is proposed, based on the collection of information through evaluations, field visits and document generation, an applicable model for the future implementation of an OSH management system focused on the process of installation of new services of the commercial area of the company ELEPCO S. A, concluding the above, with the generation of a functional guide on safety and health, for the development of the daily work activities of the personnel that integrates the mentioned process. |
