Zusammenfassung:The restaurant where Vlady offers its services through the use of analogous means, which is why customer service has been in decline. Therefore, the objective of this project is to design and implement an interactive application that systematizes the taking of orders for the delivery service, through the application of development methodologies in order to contribute to the streamlining of the aforementioned processes, which It will allow satisfying the requirements of clients and owners, through the use of software such as Java, PHP, JavaScript and frameworks such as Django, obtaining as a result the implementation of the interactive system in the corresponding entity. Good customer service is one of the strengths of any institution or company, in this case the restaurant in question, the same as having quality service and at the same time being innovative causes an impact on the clientele at the time of acquiring a product inside and outside the establishment.
