Etiketle | Özet: | The present investigation was established in order to evaluate the effect of applying a commercial product (EFICAX) based on entomopathogenic microorganisms as a biological control agent of diptera (Delia platura) in lupine (Lupinus mutabilis Sweet) cultivation. A factorial arrangement of 13 treatments with 3 repetitions was implemented with a total of 39 experimental units in an area of 842 m2, in a completely randomized block design (DBCA), two application frequencies were used, in the sowing and in the emergency, with three doses of the product 1.5 cc/l; 2.5cc/l; 3.5 cc/l, in the incorporation of organic matter in some treatments and the control, in the variable emergence percentage the best treatment was with organic matter at 15 days with 83.96%. In the incidence of Delia platura at days 16, 20, 24, 28, the interaction between the different factors was better in the T6 and T12 treatments (3.5 cc/l of EFICAX, organic matter and with one and two applications respectively) at 28 days with 2.5%. In Delia platura population density, the interaction between the different factors analyzed at 20, 24 and 28 days resulted in T12 at 28 days with a value of 1.67 individuals. The use of dose 3 and Frequency 2 with organic matter of the commercial product based on entomopathogenic microorganisms EFICAX (Beauveria bassiana, Purpureocillium lilacinum, Metarhizium anisopliae and Lecanicillium lecanil) is recommended as a biological control agent of diptera (Delia platura) in the cultivation of chocho (Lupinus mutabilis Sweet) in San Agustín de Callo Mulaló Parish, 2023. |
