Identificación del riesgo ergonómico que causa daño a la salud del personal que labora en el área de enfermería del hospital IESS - Latacunga. Propuesta elaboración del manual para riesgo ergonómico.

This research work conducted to identify ergonomic risk causing harm to the health of personnel working in the area of nursing Hospital IESS - Latacunga to develop a Manual for ergonomic risk. He began performing inspections at various jobs in the nursing field , which proved to be a source of valuable and critical information for detailed description of the activities performed at each workstation, then an analysis of the identification and evaluation was performed ergonomic risk factors most affected using the new recommended by the Ministry of Labour Relations for evaluating ergonomic risk factors in the workplace occupational risk matrix guide RULA and NIOSH method was used and determined the exposure of all the ergonomic risk factors identified as critical in the development of skeletal muscle disorders addressed to a sample of 83 employees of nursing. Finally proposed a design of a Manual for ergonomic hazards determined the same control measures to those set out as high risk to provide a safe and healthy place to work.
