| Summary: | The gender equity is raised front the needs of education that contribute to create equitable relationships between men and women, eradicating all type of discrimination, while it appears what the actual educative practice produces and reproduces knowledge, skills and attitudes clearly sexist which reinforce the stereotypes on being male and female, what limit the possibilities of full relationship of the human beings and not contribute to develop personal attitudes for promoting supportive and respectful practices what allow to achieve the educative quality that seeks mainly to contribute a model and equitable human development. To carry out the research is made close monitoring of the phenomenon, which allowed us to determine the causes of gender discrimination and its consequences on the children of the school. The universe of study was structured by 60 students from the sixth-years Basic Education and 11 teachers of the educative institution. Because the universe is reduced were applied surveys to all students, their teachers and manager. |
