| Summary: | The power quality of a company is important to avoid partial or permanent damage to the machinery or equipment present in the industry, this quality of the electrical system can be affected by the presence of linear and non-linear loads that produce disturbances that affect the operation. Equipment and cause technical and economic losses. In the present Investigation, the study of the energy quality of the Induplaes Industry is carried out, which presents energy problems in the 100 kVA transformer, such as the presence of harmonics, which generates a low power factor in the industry, in addition, the harmonics cause team warm up. To identify the problems, present in the industry, a field investigation is carried out, where information on the installed load, the type of conductors, protections, for the design of the single-line diagram, is collected. With the FLUKE 435 II data analyzer to determine the current status of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power factor, powers, harmonics, etc. The analysis of electrical disturbances is carried out and a comparison was made with the limits established by the relevant regulations, such as IEEE 519, IEEE 1159, ARCERNNR 002/20 and rate Sheet 025/2022. Using the data obtained, the simulation was carried out through the ETAP 19.0.1 software, which allowed the identification and characterization of electrical problems that required correction. Ultimately, proposals were developed to address these issues, including the design of a passive filter to attenuate harmonics and raise the power factor. |
