Las TIC en la gestión del aprendizaje del subnivel medio de la Unidad Educativa Mulaló.

The educational system today must take on challenges where teachers use didactic resources of the new digital era, from this context the teachers of the Mulaló Educational Unit require adequate training to optimize and link didactic strategies with technological resources in management of learning. Faced with this problem, the essential objective pursued by this research is to develop methodological strategies with the use of ICT for the management of learning in the middle sublevel of the Mulaló Educational Unit. The methodology applied in the development of the project corresponds to a mixed research approach, that is, it is qualitative-quantitative in nature, at the same time it corresponds to a descriptive, documentary bibliographic, and field research. For its development, the survey technique was used through a questionnaire applied to teachers and students in order to collect truthful information about the use of ICT in learning management. The analysis of data obtained, allowed to determine that teachers have limitations in the use of technological resources and active methodological strategies for the development of pedagogical activities. Therefore, the design of a "Guide of didactic strategies with the use of ICT" was proposed as a proposal that guides teachers to a processual application of Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning and Collaborative Work for the areas basic of the middle sublevel of Basic General Education. This proposal was subject to user validation, the results of this assessment are in the ranges of excellence, evidencing the importance and practical utility of this product.
