Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | In this project, bibliographic research was carried out to be able to have knowledge about machine tools and the possible failures that occur in them, taking into account that it is important to know how to act in response to it. In addition, RMC maintenance will be determined, which is maintenance based on reliability, since it is important to determine the type of failures in the different parts of a machine tool, as well as the KPI maintenance indices to be able to calculate the frequency with which may present a failure at the time of work. However, the technical sheets of the different machine tools found in the machining laboratory in the chip area will be filled out, the KPI maintenance indices and availability indices will be calculated to verify the operation of the machine tool. Also, the state of the machine tools will be established using the coefficients that contemplate the current state of the elements. In addition, information sheets will be filled out in order to see the failures by component of the machine, the harmful downtime. For this purpose, the decision sheet will determine how to solve said problem and the repair times and frequency thereof, whether for preventive or corrective maintenance. Finally, the investment cost of preventive maintenance for machine tools in one year will be determined. |
