In addition, RMC maintenance will be determined, which is maintenance based on reliability, since it is important to determine the type of failures in the different parts of a machine tool, as well as the KPI maintenance indices to be able to calculate the frequency with which may present a failure at the time of work. However, the technical sheets of the different machine tools found in the machining laboratory in the chip area will be filled out, the KPI maintenance indices and availability indices will be calculated to verify the operation of the machine tool. Also, the state of the machine tools will be established using the coefficients that contemplate the current state of the elements. In addition, information sheets will be filled out in order to see the failures by component of the machine, the harmful downtime. For this purpose, the decision sheet will determine how to solve said problem and the repair times and frequency thereof, whether for preventive or corrective maintenance. Finally, the investment cost of preventive maintenance for machine tools in one year will be determined. |

Finally, the investment cost of preventive maintenance for machine tools in one year will be determined.En el presente proyecto, se realizó la investigación bibliográfica para poder tener conocimiento en cuanto a las maquinas herramientas y las posibles fallas que se ocasionan en ellas, teniendo en cuenta que es de importancia para saber de qué manera actuar ante la misma. Además, se determinará el mantenimiento RMC el cual es el mantenimiento basado en la confiabilidad, ya que es de importancia determinar el tipo de fallas en las distintas partes de una de la máquina herramienta, también los índices de mantenimiento KPI para poder calcular la frecuencia con la que puede presentar una falla en el instante de trabajo. Sin embargo, se llenarán las fichas técnicas de las distintas máquinas herramientas que se encuentran en el laboratorio de mecanizado en el área de viruta, se calcularan los índices de mantenimiento KPI, índices de disponibilidad para verificar el funcionamiento de la máquina herramienta. También, se establecerá el estado de las máquinas herramientas haciendo uso de los coeficientes que contempla el estado actual de los elementos. Además, se llenarán las hojas de información con la finalidad de ver las fallas por componente de la máquina, el tiempo perjudicial de parada. Para lo cual mediante la hoja de decisión se determinará la forma en solucionar dicho inconveniente y los tiempos de reparación y la frecuencia de los mismos, ya sean para mantenimientos preventivos o correctivos.
