| Summary: | Customer service is the responsibility of the personnel in charge of the Integral Security of the company, therefore, the value of maintaining a satisfactory relationship with internal and external clients is of the utmost importance, for this reason the present research work has the objective of designing of a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard for the company ECUSIP CIA. LTDA., the study seeks to standardize the selection and recruitment process of new personnel in the Human Talent department, based on an analysis of the current state of the quality management system, through ISO 9001 self-assessment tools that allow determining the level of maturity of the activities carried out in said process, encompassing leadership, planning, support, operation and improvement, as well as basing ourselves on the eight principles of quality management proposed by ISO 9004, the results achieved with this investigation It is a methodical guide with documented information for the sequential control of all the activities that are carried out in it, addressing procedures related to continuous improvement, internal audits, quality policy, among other aspects that contribute both to support the provision of adequate services. , as in the growth of the entity. |
