The laboratories features by the equipment management, matters and danger potentially substance, however, whether it works under the prevention and safety rules, these decrease and could be controlled but if we want it works out, it just need professors, lab auxiliary and students who have awareness of the danger posed its manage and risk that chemical and biology substances used in each one of the experiences moreover the physic and mechanic risks. For this reason all the educative institutions that have experimental training and manage laboratories must have a manual, which provide instructions, procedures, collective and security rules in order to help preventing risk and avoid accidents. On the case of Technical University of Cotopaxi and its experimental careers have this reality and its labs are exposed to dangers and risk that must be observed, analyzed and optimized to guarantee the teachers, students and administrative’ security and health, etc. From it the present research and its main objective is to know and diagnose the management of the experimental laboratories and suggest a proposal to improve the work out through a security procedure manual to the chemical, biology and microbiology laboratories of the institution. |
