Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The current project has as aim to design a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the Confecciones Ayelen's microenterprise located in the Ambato city, in order to meet the customer’s needs, avoid product returns and non-conformities, elude unproductive times and non-compliance with deliveries. For the research development, first, it was identified the strategic, operational and support processes existing in the enterprise, in order to establish the structure, work areas and the execution order for the underwear manufacture and commercialization for ladies and girls. Using the deductive and inductive method, it was made the compliance degree initial diagnostic with the requirements stipulated in the ISO 9001: 2015 standard was made in the organization with several visits, further, to applying a checklist, through which, it was qualified the initial state of organization, the same one that resulted in 9.51% compliance and 90.49% non-compliance with the standard requirements, what it reflects that the organization works based on experience and not on established procedures. Finally, it was elaborated the quality manual focused on the records, documents, matrices, formats and procedures, which are mandatory by the standard, what are detailed in the manual. The work exposes a proposal to improve the quality in the underwear manufacture and commercialization, through the Quality Management System to have a structured and ordered production based on the procedures. |
