Company, is dedicated to the manufacture of structural components and prefabricated materials for construction or civil engineering of concrete, this activity is performed with care and sacrifice, therefore said Organization is in need of a diagnosis initial considering the elements of Technical Management, in order to know their initial performance, also it integrates the identification of hazards and risk linked to the job activities corresponding to the levels of risks detected, management controls are designed under the elements of the Ecuador Model System, since senior determines that it is very necessary both to emphasize the commitment of Occupational Health and Safety to employees and to comply with current labor legislation; which are contracted by external entities (IESS and Ministry of Labor), the same that evaluates through Check Lists with indicators, obtaining starting percentage results and determining failures in the respective processes of the Organization; this research is presented with a focus on the potentialities of the Ecuador Model currently, and the solution or mitigation of the occurrence through a Management System for Prevention of Occupational Risks. |
