Ամփոփում:Due globalized economy where all companies compete to have market prestige, the need arises to offer products with high quality. This research project aims to design a quality management system under the focus of ISO 9001:2015. -The project begins with diagnosis of company current situation, using guidelines of the analytical-synthetic and inductive method and field research, to evaluate the process at production cheese fresh in the facilities of the dairy industry ASOCOLESIG. Through obtained results, it was determined that maturity status of the company is 1.5 which does not meet established requirement by ISO 9004:2020 that are handled on each production process, Likewise, with out carried interviews to operational and administrative staff, it was determined that there is no quality register, thus requiring an integrated system at cheese production process. It is concluded that dairy industry ASOCOLESIG works under minimum quality standards, facilitating the opportunity for operational and administrative personnel, the expectating to improve their process, and deal to growth effectively being guides at food market of the province preparing their products under the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard.
