Riassunto:The first part corresponding to the psychology of learning, teaching and learning process analyze as well as the child's personality, into the researcher could study children’s behavior and learning problems, take into account many difficulties observed when teachers are in front of the students with their own characteristics; neglecting the hyperactivity and its impact on children's behavior is a mistake that brings terrible consequences. Through direct participation of parents, teachers and director of Educational Center "Celic", the researcher achieved an overview of education's level, through interviews and inquiry verified the objectives and presented the conclusions reached. The main part is related to the proposal that was to elaborate and implement of a training workshop about hyperactivity and its impact on students’ learning, whose development is based in the introduction, objectives, properly design of the proposal, the operational plan and the impact that emerges from the application of the proposal to enhance the learning of children who study with this problem.
