| 要約: | This research evaluated the inclusion of two types of protein sources: corn hydrolyzate (CPM) and corn-fish hydrolyzate (VGAN), on zootechnical and morphometric parameters in the feeding of broilers; 132 male broilers of the Cobb 500 line of 1-day-old were used, which were divided into three treatments with four replicates each, thus having 11 broilers per box. The treatments were identified as T0 Control treatment, T1 Corn hydrolyzed (CPM), and T2 Corn-fish hydrolyzed (VGAN), entirely distributed randomly inside the barn. At the moment of reception, each bird was weighed, obtaining an average weight of 0.050 kg. From the first day, diets established for each of the treatments were supplied, distributed as follows: Starter 1 (1 to 8 days of age), Starter 2 (9 to 18 days of age), Growth (19 to 28 days of age), Growth (19 to 28 days of age), finishing with these three stages the supply of hydrolysates, in the last stage of fattening (29 to 42 days of age) a commercial feed was used to finish with the established project, obtaining an average weight of 2.71 kg T0, 2.61kg T1 and 2.68kg T2, without obtaining significant statistical differences, however, T1 and T2 presented a lower feed consumption together with a better feed conversion, thus giving favorable parameters in its use in the feeding of fattening broilers. |
