| Izvleček: | ABSTRACT The chocho (Lupinus mutabilis S.), is a legume belonging to the Andean region of South America and whose origin dates back from the pre-Hispanic era. It should be noted this is commonly used in Ecuador supply. This research was focus on building and evaluation of a homemade stove for anthracnose control in the chocho seeds with two temperatures and three times in a period of 3 different days. The research and experimental ways were carried out in CEASA Salache with the Andean grains collaboration. For which it proceeded to expose the chocho seed to the fungus (Colletotrichum acutatum), then the seeds proceeded to carry the disinfection in the homemade stove (with a temperature of 40°C-60°C in a time of 3, 5 and 7 hours) and (with a temperature of 60°C-80°C in a time of 3, 5 and 7 hours) during three days to the solar radiation exposure placed in the homemade stove with a witness that was not disinfected. The random blocks design was used; with 7 treatments and 3 replicates the data to assess were: germination percentage, seedling force, seedling height and the pathogen incidence in study. The best results of this research was the T1 (40-60 º - 3 hours) and T2 (40-60 º - 5 hours) those responded best to the germination days during 5 days with a percentage of 100%, height T1 with a height of 8.55cm and T2 with a height 8,2cm the two treatments, plant force T2 with a 91,72% and T1 with a 95,66% respectively, incidence, T1 2.07% and T4 1.58% and T0 is the one which proceeded to have higher incidence as a 30.58% it was not exposed in the homemade stove respectively. By the above results conclude that the homemade stove is efficient for the chocho disinfection seed with their treatments respective in study. |
