Resumo:The present investigative work includes the study of methodological strategies for adaptation, flexibility and integrality of learning experiences in the area of Language and Literature, of the Fifth year of Basic Education of the Educational Unit "Vicente León" of the city of Latacunga, province of Cotopaxi, its objective is based on designing a guide of methodological strategies that will contribute to the development and strengthening of the teaching-learning process in students. The methodological approach of this research project is qualitatively supported by a bibliographical work and reinforced with an inductive methodology that starts from the theoretical foundation based on the matrix of the operationalization of the variables, applied through the technique of observation and the instrument that it was the observation guide that allowed the collection of information from the entire population investigated, made up of teachers. Therefore, the methodological strategies guide was proposed that will help teachers to change their work methodology with students to improve the subject of Language and Literature through the implementation, motivation and strengthening, the diagnosis was made for the use of updated and flexible methodological strategies with in the teaching-learning process, which will be delivered and socialized to the institution's teachers. In short, didactic strategies will help students to develop the capacity for analysis and synthesis to issue their own criteria on the content of reading and writing.
