Etiketa erantsi | Gaia: | The present research work had as object of study, process management and its impact on the fulfillment of activities, business processes today are fulfilling an important role in the development of the movements of the organization, both nationally and internationally, is a strategy that is being applied more frequently, to obtain significant and relevant improvements, so the observation technique was applied to examine the environment of the company ELEPCO S. A and it could be evidenced that these activities are not being fulfilled in terms of process management, the objective of the research was to analyze the process management and its impact on the fulfillment of the activities of the organization, for the improvement of new technological implementations, and in the development of the project a bibliographical and field research was carried out, among the methods used were the theoretical method: historical logical, the deductive, analytical synthetic, also the empirical: quantitative and the valuation by experts, the technique to collect the information was through an interview to the president of the company Ing. Diego Moscoso and a survey conducted through an instrument that was directed to the 22 collaborators of the company and with it the reliability of this was evaluated, using the SPSS software program, As a conclusion of the present project it can be indicated that the relationship between the variables process management versus compliance of activities, verified by using the Spearman's Rho correlational coefficient, giving as results 0.909 between the main variables and being the significance level <0.001, less than 0.01 therefore the hypothesis raised in the research which is: The process management impacts on the fulfillment of the activities of the company ELEPCO S. A of the canton La Maná. |
