Додати тег | Резюме: | The problematic situation in reference to the limited supply of multifunctional furniture in the city of Latacunga, makes it not possible to analyze whether or not a business of this nature is profitable, because there is no financial information for people who are interested in starting this business. For this reason, the present work entitled Feasibility Project for the Creation of a Multifunctional Furniture Company in the city of Latacunga was proposed; The specific objectives were based on identifying the conditions and characteristics of the supply and demand of multifunctional furniture through market research, developing a technical study that estimates the necessary resources for the optimal production of multifunctional furniture and determining the feasibility of the project through the economic evaluation. The applied methodology was based on a quantitative descriptive approach. The target population reached 22,779 families, with a sample of 378 households, which were surveyed according to a sampling plan. The financial evaluation determined the feasibility of the study with a NPV of $146,923.18, an IRR of 35%, the cost-benefit ratio was $1.70 and the calculated recovery period was 3 years, 5 months, 9 days. |
