Sumario:The objective of the business plan is the market development in the Latacunga canton when analyzing its viability. The strategic plan makes a situational diagnosis of the dairy company LIBERLAC CIA. LTDA., Due to the participation of recognized competitors in the local market. The marketing plan highlights the design of its corporate image from the perspective of customers resulting in the approval of a new proposal the company bets on the media (radio and social networks) to reach customers. The logistics plan used by the company is analyzed in the operations plan through the interview with managers. The acquisition of mobile shelves (Furniture and fixtures) and a vehicle to improve the supply of products efficiently in the San Felipe sector. They are presented as an objective point in the human resources plan, and the strategy is to train business workers to provide a quality service achieving customer loyalty and attracting new customers.
