Proyecto de Factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de servicios de limpieza en la ciudad de Latacunga.

This research work aimed to determine the feasibility of creating a cleaning services company in the city of Latacunga, Cotopaxi Province. The methodology used was quantitative-descriptive by means of the deductive method; the technique used was the survey by applying a questionnaire. The population considered was the number of dwellings in Latacunga in the urban area, which is 32,060 with a sample of 380 dwellings to whom the surveys were applied to determine the market study. The investment with which the company will start its activities is $74,062.29, which will have a shareholder contribution of 54% and 46% with the participation of third parties in bank credit. The financial indicators of the project that were analyzed were the NPV of $ 11.359,17, which reflects the capital profit taken to present value; the IRR of 36,71 %, which corresponds to the percentage of profit that the project yielded inflows; an investment recovery period (IRP) of one year, eight months and 26 days and the Cost-Benefit is $ 1,11 which indicates that for every dollar invested the shareholders earn 11 cents. With these analyses, it can be determined that the project is viable because it generates profitability.
