School coexistence and collaborative work were developed to achieve quality education, considering that healthy coexistence between students allows the strengthening of interpersonal relationships that are developed through teamwork, improving the school environment and therefore the teaching-learning process. For this reason, the general objective of the research work is to strengthen coexistence and collaborative work for the improvement of social relationships, for this purpose, the applied methodology had a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative), which was complemented with the application of research techniques such as surveys and interviews. The result that was evident is the existence of shortcomings in the development of school coexistence and collaborative work in the institution, the loss of principles and values can also be noted, which directly affects the educational field, which is why We proceeded to design recreational strengthening workshops to improve the educational environment. The research contributes to the strengthening of school coexistence and collaborative work, given that it is a pioneering topic for the improvement of students' interpersonal relationships, providing an environment of friendship, equality, respect and active participation. Where, they can live in harmony and learn to work collaboratively in the school and social environment, in this way sociable and communicative students will be formed.
