Plan de mantenimiento en la línea de empacado de leche de la empresa PARMALAT.

The lack of preventive maintenance in the packing line is the reason for the following study that is developed in a preventive maintenance plan to evaluate and correct possible failures present constantly in the process of packaging milk in PARMALAT SA LASSO: located in the North Panamericana Km 20 Sector central Lasso. The present research used the descriptive method, that is, the information was collected without changing the environment and was based on the collection of information by surveys, interviews, technical data sheets, which admitted a later analysis of the situation. In the absence of preventive maintenance in the area of one liter of milk packaging, due to the Technical Management Deficit, as expressed by the working community by indicating that they know little about the subject, for this reason the plan measures are not met of preventive maintenance. When applying the preventive maintenance plan, it was provided with a more efficient technical management since the Failure and Effect Mode Analysis method, better known as FMEA, was used. Failure Mode Analysis and Effects is a simple tool, versatile and powerful that helps the team or inspector in charge to identify the defects in the process that should be eliminated or reduced. The goal of the FMEA is to delineate the steps of the process that are at risk of contribute to the solution of a fault, this is strategy is starting in order to reduce representative losses in the finished product, operating costs, treatment costs through monitoring of the activities carried out in the packaging line. The implementation of a preventive maintenance plan will allow the organization to demonstrate its commitment towards all the interested parties in the same and not only towards the client. Well, a preventive maintenance plan improves production and prevents the continuous production line from being affected.
